Primary 1-3 children had a very exciting visitor at school yesterday! We were delighted to welcome pilot Sean Quinn, one of our own parents, who came in to speak with the children about his fascinating job and explain how aeroplanes are able to fly.
The children were thoroughly engaged, asking lots of thoughtful questions and proudly sharing their own knowledge of aeroplanes and airports, which they've been learning about as part of their 'Transport' topic this term.
A huge thank you to Sean for taking the time to inspire and educate our young learners. They loved their experience.
