The Changing Lives Initiative, Flourish and Thrive, is a community-led early intervention project to address neurodevelopmental conditions, such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism across Louth, Cavan, Monaghan and areas within Northern Ireland.
